<sraix> is an AIML tag that allows you to call into an external service.

You need to ensure the external service exists and you are passing the correct credentials. I think some of the services used in this example are no longer online.

No. Bot's active scripts can only be stored in their memory database.
If you want a bigger memory you can upgrade, or host your bot on your own server.

You can upload a script to your bot from any file source.
The active scripts for a bot are stored in the bot's memory database.

You can set the content rating on a private bot to Adult to disable the profanity filter.

In Self you can just use the == operator,

if (word == "hello") {
...

For the star variable is patterns use toString() first.

if (star.toString() == "hello") {
...
